It looks like a big shoe string on my rifle !! I thought it would have a leather string to thread & tie off !!! String is way too long looks like something you would buy at Walmart!!!

This sling is a bit lightweight but gets the job done. It looks good, but is a bit long for a lever actin even on the shortest setting.
This looks really great on my Marlin and keeps the stock off of my face under heavy recoil. The leather could be a bit thicker, but I am generally pleased with the product.
The no drill butt pad looks really good with the cheek pad (which is very useful). I personally didn't care to use the sling mount on it and sort of wish it wasn't there. As far as absorbing recoil, it doesn't make any difference on my 45-70. It does improve the rifles appearance in my opinion.
I like the option of custom stitching on the butt stock sleeve. With it was also offered for the sling so the both match, but nothing some permanent marker cant fix

This product is amazing, I’ve never been the type to really want or need a cheek riser/ammo slot holder on my stocks… Rustic Terrain, popped up in my feed and the second I saw it I fell in love.. the biggest kicker was everything is hand made! I can appreciate a family or small owned business putting in quality time and work! I went on the website, found the fit for my classic 1894 Marlin - .44 Magnum.. I just recieved my Butt-Stock, absolutely worth the wait! And the quality, my goodness! Talk about attention to detail! These guys know what they’re doing, definitely will be doing business with Rustic Terrain for more of my rifles in the near future!
Very happy with the finished product. The stitching is uniform and neat. This thing is well built and holds 30-30 shells snug, but not so snug as to make them difficult to remove. I was able to send in a custom design to be pressed into the leather and that turned out better than expected. Will keep them in mind for future rifles.
