Holiday Season Exemptions: Your order(s) may take a total of 15 days to reach you because we make them each by hand, and we have only a small family team to craft around the clock.
Please reserve time buffer and order ahead of schedule if you're purchasing as a gift for your loved ones on the special occasion like Christmas, Thanks-giving, and more.

At Rustic Terrain, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including delivery times, shipping costs, and other relevant information.
- Shipping Locations
We currently offer international shipping only. Our partner's logistic warehouses are located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. We craft and ship our products from Australia, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong, China (depending on where Greg & the walker family may currently be in)

We use major local couriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to:

- Royal Mail

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping (International Economy) for all orders.
- Shipping Lead Time
Crafting Time: As all of our products are build-to-order, please allow a 7-day lead time for us to craft your order by hand.
Delivery Time: The shipping lead time is typically between 7 to 15 days, depending on the customer's specific location.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
In-Stock Items: Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1 working day. [we occasionally craft standard items by batch, and there may be surpluses that will be made available as in-stock items]
Selective Items: Certain selective items may require longer time before they are shipped. In such situations, we will notify the customer of the shipping delay via email. The customer can cancel the order if they think the wait is too long.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's website.
- Customs and Duties
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
