At Rustic Terrain, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including delivery times, shipping costs, and other relevant information.

  1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide. Our partner's logistics warehouses are located in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, and we craft and ship our products from Australia and the United Kingdom, depending on where the family is working that month.

  1. Shipping Carriers

We use major local couriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • Canada Post
  • Australia Post
  • Royal Mail
  • Other couriers (with tracking link provided)
  1. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping (International Economy) for all orders.

  1. Shipping Lead Time

Crafting Time: As all of our products are build-to-order, please allow a 5-day lead time for us to craft your order by hand.

Delivery Time: The shipping lead time is typically 15 days or more, depending on the customer's specific location.

In-Stock Items: Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1 working day (we occasionally build standard items in batches, and any surplus is offered here as in-stock).

Selective Items: Certain selective items may require longer time before they are shipped. In such situations, we will notify the customer of the shipping delay via email. The customer can cancel the order if they think the wait is too long.

Seasonal order cut-offs are published on our Order by dates page and take precedence over the general lead times above during peak periods.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's website.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. The number can sit still for a few days after that — the label is created before the parcel clears into your country, so no movement on the tracking doesn't mean nothing is happening.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Rustic Terrain is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rusticterrain.com.
